So this is a civ that's here because of Fire Emblem Heroes alone.
It's not Tibarn/Phoenicis, which is probably what most of you were expecting.
It's what I was expecting too.
But then the new Laguz banner got announced for FEH, and I don't know what happened, but man -- I was inspired.
When I thought about doing Tibarn, I was just like -- eh.
But when I thought about making a civ for Leanne, I was super excited.
So, that's how we got to where we are today.
Originally, I had planned on making it a "spped-civ" -- done in two days and out in time for the banner.
But that didn't happen at all, as you can see.
It's because I really tried to go above and beyond this time with a bunch of features that I though would be really cool and add to the synergy of the civ's design.
Usually, I have to edit my civ ideas quite a bit because of what is and is not possible in Lua.
But this time, I ended up changing very little because of my own coding limitations.
I'm proud to say that, for what is possibly the first time ever, I was able to create a civ completely freely.
I found a way to code everything that I wanted to do -- even if it got really convoluted or complex sometimes.
That said, Elincia was still the coding-heaviest civ, and I'm still never going to put in that level of work again.
I also didn't end up doing Events for Leanne, because they're really time-consuming and I had kind of already "had it" with trying to get the shrine models and galdrar to work properly.

Credits time!
Unit Flag -- Treble Clef by Pedro Santos from the Noun Project
Unit Model -- Angel by Nomad_Or_What
Unique Diplomacy Lines Setup Files -- Typhlomence (I wrote the lines, though... all of them!)
Shrine Model -- it's just the Oracle model from Vanilla civ, but I wouldn't have been able to get it to work properly without a helpful thread started by Ekmek on Civfanatics

Now that the spring semester has started, this will definitely be the last mod I'll be releasing until spring break -- or until the summer.
I hope that what I've released is good and that you enjoy it!
I've started making my own "for-real" games now, so we'll see where that leads me.
I'll definitely keep making mods, but they'll be a bit limited.
First, I'm only going to be working on mods when school is not in session.
Second, they'll almost certainly be "lightweight" civs, like my new Micaiah release.
I consider these to be civs that have comparatively basic abilities and uniques that thus require much less coding than my more "advanced" civs, like this one, Muspell, or Crimea.

I've decided that, even though I want to mod less and start game-designing more, I still want to keep modding -- just on a smaller scale.
One big reason for this is that Lhyon has FINALLY returned!
We kind of fell out of touch, but now he's joined us on our Discord.
The quality of my work dipped significantly after he left the first time around, and I've never known anyone better than him at coming up with ideas for FE civs!
No offense to any of my fellow modders, of course.
It's just that his civ ideas were/are always a perfect blend between novel creativity and adherence to actual Fire Emblem canon/lore.
I look forward to collaborating with him again!

Thanks again for reading the ReadMe file, to the one or possibly two people who read these things!
(Does anybody read them? Perhaps I'm the only one...)
As always, please don't hesistate to reach out to me!
