Description          "Expand your prison with a Prison Fire Brigade.\nPlace up to 26 Water Tanks on the map, each having their own team of firefighters.\nWhen a fire occurs, set them to work via the Emergencies menu: click and forget!\n\n\n\n[h1]USAGE[/h1]\n\nBuild a [b]Prison Fire Brigade room[/b] where you place [b]Fireman Lockers and Showers[/b].\n -> This will be the place where the Fire Brigade Chief and his firemen will roam around.\n\nDraw a 75 tiles square on the map with the Planning Tools.\n -> This area will be covered by a [b]Water Tank[/b]: place it in the centre of this square.\n\nHire a [b]Prison Fire Brigade Chief[/b].\n -> The chief takes care of hiring and sacking firemen.\n\n\n[h1]NEW ROOMS[/h1][list][*][b]Prison Fire Brigade[/b]\nA room where your firemen will hang out when they have nothing to do. This is also the place where they go take a shower after they are done fighting fires.[*][b]Water Tank Area[/b]\nA sector required room in case you need it. You can mark the 9 tiles below the Water Tank with this room to let it be it's own deployment sector. Mark it as Staff-Only and Access-Only so nobody else comes here.[/list]\n\n\n[h1]NEW OBJECTS[/h1][list][*][b]Fireman Locker 2.0[/b]\nEach fireman requires his own locker.\nYou can have up to 26 teams of 4 firemen, so 104 lockers in total.[*][b]Fireman ShowerHead 2.0[/b]\nRequires cold water pipes.\nFiremen get dirty during firefighting, and they would like to take a shower after work is done. Showers should be placed within 100 tiles of the lockers, but are optional to use.[*][b]Prison Fire Alarm 2.0[/b]\nToggle its FireAlarm button on/off to let it find new water tanks.\nThis device scans all Water Tanks to check if there is a fire within range. If so, the alarm will sound to notify that you need to call for the Emergencies. Tanks set to MANUAL won't be scanned, since you probably are using that tank already to have a team standby at a certain place like a Garden or Cotton Plantation.\n[*][b]Water Tank 2.0[/b]\nRequires cold water pipes.\nPlaced in the centre of a 75 tiles square to cover a certain area of your prison. You can place up to 26 Water Tanks. If there is a fire out of range of your tanks, then set one to MANUAL in order to override the automatic fire fighting. You can then move your firemen manually to the remote spot which is on fire. When a Water Tank is set to MANUAL, you can also do a call-out to man the tank and order the team members to gather around a Garden or Cotton Plantation (which might sooner or later cath a fire due to lightning).[/list]\n\n\n[h1]NEW STAFF[/h1][list][*][b]Prison Fire Brigade Chief[/b]\nThe Chief handles sacking and hiring Prison Firemen and has a [b]button to Populate[/b] empty lockers. If you placed lockers first and then a Water Tank, the Chief will automatically hire new staff for that tank. But if you placed Water Tanks first and new lockers afterwards, you will need to Populate the teams via the chief. When removing lockers or tanks, the chief will automatically sack the obsolete team members.[*][b]Prison Fireman[/b]\nEach Water Tank has a team of up to 4 Firemen. Three of them are ranked Firefighter. The 4th member is a Crew Manager who will allow AUTO mode, so all firemen will do their jobs without you having to move them around the map. If the team consists of less than 4 members, you are stuck to MANUAL mode and have to control which fireman goes where. Should a Crew Manager die during a fire, then the Fire Brigade Chief automatically hires a new one, who will take over his place and re-enable AUTO mode.[/list]\n\n\n[h1]NEW EMERGENCIES[/h1][list][*][b]Prison Fire Brigade 2.0[/b]\nCall up to 26 teams. The Water Tank being nearest to a fire will be deployed. When there are several fires, you can deploy several tanks. But if there are no fires at all, then the Call-Out will delete itself immediately. To override this, you can set a Water Tank to MANUAL mode, so you can have a team of firemen standby at all times. This can be handy if you run a Cotton Plantation (which can be set on fire by lightning), where you might want to strategically place a few firemen when you leave the game unattended for a while and don't want to find your prison burning to the ground when you come back.[/list]\n\n\n[h1]NEW GRANT[/h1][list][*][b]Prison Fire Brigade 2.0[/b]\nA simple grant to help you out placing the stuff you need.[/list]\n\n\n[h1]NEW QUICKBUILDS[/h1][list][*][b]Prison Fire Brigade[/b]\nA convenient room with all the stuff needed for one team of firemen.
