Note that this mod is a self-contained balance ecosphere. Every sensibly ballistic weapon has a range determined by its ballistic arc, and there's some caveats that comes with that.
Examples: 
* Altitude advantage is more important since higher ships can shoot further.
* Heavier cannon has more range than standard cannons.
* muskets and rifles died.

I still need to calculate and add optimal range for all the weapons so AI may act weirdly.
