--This is the process for creating colored icons which exactly fit in with the versions included with this mod. It was created using GIMP 2.8, using the gimp-dds plugin at https://code.google.com/p/gimp-dds/. Instructions may not work perfectly or at all when used with Photoshop or other image manipulation programs.
--
--If you don't want to or can't follow these instructions, you can create colored 45x45 icons however you like and then follow only instruction number 6 to make your added items compatible with the Colorful Tech Web mod.
--
--1. Have a layer with the 45x45 versions of your icons. You may wish to make a copy of this to be able to revert.
--2. Make a new layer. Fill it with the base color of the type of icon. If you have multiple different kinds of icons on the same icon atlas, make 45x45 boxes of the appropriate colors over each icon.
--3. Set both the layering mode of both the the color and icon layers to "Multiply", then use "Merge down" to turn them into a single layer. You should end up with a layer of colored icons that retains the transparency of the icons. (In GIMP, the layering mode can be set from a dropdown menu at the top of the Layers window.)
--4. Make another "Lighten" layer above the colored icons layer. Set the layering mode of this layer to "Lighten only," then fill it with the appropriate lightening color. Merge down once again.
--5. The affinity icons are the tech web's affinity icons, scaled down to 32x32 as opposed to their default 64x64, and placed on a 45x45 square so that the 32x32 background extends 5 pixels above and to the right of the 45x45 area. (The actual icon is smaller than 64x64, and thus does not leave the 45x45 square.)
--6. Export this layer as a file named "colorweb_[BASEICONS]", where [BASEICONS] is the name of the file containing the uncolored 45x45 icons. Include this new image file in your mod.
--
--
--Each icon type uses a different color and lightening layer set. The RGB values are:
--
--Wonder:
--Color, R231 G0 B231
--Lightening, R200 G175 B200
--
--Building:
