Misc Info.      :  Created back in my mapping heyday in 1996-97

Description     : Two complete city maps, plus custom CON files (which only work 
                  with Duke 1.3d).  CON files were written back in 1996, and they 
						introduce "Dukebots".  They also change some weapon and powerup 
						behavior: a) steroids cause invisibility + damage, b) stomping
						on a shrunken enemy causes them to explode.
						
						If you use the CON files, all files must be in the same 
						directory as duke3d.exe.  Just launch Duke3D and start a new
						game on E1L1 (E1L2 is also replaced).  Maps still work without 
						CON files, but killing BOSS 2 in	Nukecity 2 will end the level.  
						
						The included BAT file doesn't appear to work under Windows XP, 
						so to manually use CON files, rename the TILES006.NC2 to 
						TILES006.ART, and run the duke executable with the following 
						command-line argument: -xNUKECITY.CON
												
						HINT:  Blue key card is obtained by killing the BOSS 2 in 
						Nukecity 2.
