====  Tidal Balance - Civilization Beyond Earth: Rising Tides Balance Mod v0.21 ====


NOTE: This is an initial test version that requires user feedback to further tune. Do not expect the game to be magically fixed with this mod, and if you find that any of the changes screw up the balance, please let me know. And please check back for updated versions - this is not on the Steam workshop yet (the next version should be), so it will not auto-update.

To install:

Delete the previous version of this mod if you downloaded it - save games will unfortunately not be compatible. Unzip the contents of the zip file (folder included) into your Beyond Earth mods directory. This should be something like:

This PC\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization Beyond Earth\MODS

When you start up Beyond Earth, choose MODS - you should see a list that includes Tidal Balance - Rising Tide Balance Mod. Tick the checkbox next to it. IMPORTANT: click "next" and go to the next screen. Then go back to the mod choice screen. Now click "next" again to go forward. Unfortunately Beyond Earth has a bug that requires mods affecting worker actions and promotions to do this. Otherwise, you will see a heavily glitched unit panel when performing actions with workers and units.

This mod currently has a large number of modules. The changes made by each are detailed in the included changelog. If you don't want one (or more) aspects of the changes, just delete the appropriate file(s) and the mod should load up fine without it. Don't delete the "Tidal Balance - BE Rising Tide Balance Mod (v 1).modinfo" file though!
