I. Features
-----------

Most features are easy enough to figure out ingame, but some deserve special mention:

- The new Culture Victory: requires you to get 3 Legendary cities. This is an additional victory; you can still
fill 6 policy trees and build the Utopia Project. That is also what the AI will try when going for culture.
You can check the progress of your cities in the culture tooltip inside the city screen. A message will be
displayed when a city becomes Legendary, and when a civ fills its 6th policy tree.

- Great Works: the Culture Bomb now adds culture in the city nearest to where you performed the action. This
culture also increases your globally acquired culture. Extra useful when going for a culture victory.

- Reduced wonder hogging: Wonder costs are increased by your number of cities, and construction speed reduced by
the number of world wonders already present in the city.

- Great Scientist bulb timer: you now have to wait 10 turns between free GS techs.

- No cities on ice, no improvements (other than roads) on jungle. Minimum city distance reduces by 1.

A few features of this mod can be enabled or disabled in the file Options.sql (open with any text editor).

c) NOT compatible:

The following are confirmed to be NOT compatible:
- Hulfgar's mod
- Echoes of Ages (earlier versions were compatible)
- Unofficial Patch and Vanilla Enhanced (gave up on this due to continued changes)

In general, this mod is not compatible with any mod introducing the same tables. Don't activate any mods
that are (partly) included into this one.

IV. Troubleshooting
--------------------

Q: Why can't I build a certain national wonder in some of my cities?
A: If the REDUCE_WONDER_HOGGING option is set to 1, the maximum number of national wonders per city is 5.
The palace counts as one! There is no tooltip info ingame that you have reached the limit.

Q: I don't see my Forest Preserves!
A: There are no custom improvement graphics yet. I assumed you would have improved all your forests by now?
So probably the forests within your borders without a visible improvement will have a Preserve, no?

Q: Something else is wrong!
A: Did you: delete old versions, clear your cache, install and activate all in its proper order?

Known Issues:
- Cost increases due to number of cities may not show in the tech tree. They will show in the city screen.
- Extra specialist yields are shown incorrectly since the Dec 19 patch.
