Victoria

UA: Sun Never Sets
- Reworked: Gets the +1 moves and -25% naval maintenance from Elizabeth.
- Reworked: +1 trade routes per 6 owned cities or per owned vassal.
- Reqorked: Can send gold internal trade routes. Yields calculated similarly as international trade routes, except with the full open border bonus, and the allied city state bonuses.

UU: First Rate (replaces Frigate)
- Now only a name change from Ship of the Lines.
- Changes from Enlightenment Era will apply fully.

UB: Steam Mill (replaces Factory)
- No changes.

UU: Redcoat (requires 4UC) (replaces Fusiler)
- Removed negates production penalty from occupied cities (it does not exist in VP).

UW: White Tower (requires 4UC)
- No changes.

Event: Mightier Yet
- England's event from the Community Events mod with some differences (requires the mod to be activated).
- Choice 2 now gives a constant 6 Longbowmen in the capital, instead of 1 per city.

Event: Charge of the Light Brigade
- Event now only requires Industrial Era to fire (previously required no Military Academy in capital and at least 1 mounted unit).
- Event only fires if you have at least 150 gold, scaling with era.
- Choice 1 gold required now 25, scaling with era (100 in Industrial without mods). Previously was 15, scaled with the number of mounted units you have.
- Choice 1 now affects Armored Units as well.
- Choice 1 XP increased to 15 from 10.
- Choice 2 gold required now 50, scaling with era (200 in Industrial without mods). Previously was a constant 200.
- Choice 2 now also increases the yield of the Military Academy in the capital by 3 Great General Points.
- Choice 3 gold required now 150, scaling with era (600 in Industrial without mods). Previously was 100, scaled with the number of mounted units you have.
- Choice 3 now gives 3 free Landships in the capital, which starts Charge I and Charge II (along with XP from military training buildings in the capital).
- Gold cost no longer scales with number of units because there is no easy or bug free way to do this since due to using the CPDLL events system.

Event: Jubilee Celebrations
- Added.

Decision: Assume Control of the East India Company 
- -2 Gold, +1 Happiness, +2 Culture and Production now applies to Courthouses as well.

Decision: Institute Westminster Parliament
- Gold cost now 200, scaling with era.
- Free social policy now -5% social policy cost.
- Now requires 2 Magistrates.

Elizabeth

UA: Perfidious Albion
- Same as VP.

UU: Grand Carrack (replaces Galleass, or Galleon with Enlightenment Era)
- If replacing Galleass, can cross oceans immediately.
- If replacing Galleon, available earlier at Astronomy, instead of Exploration.
- Now gets the Slipstream promotion (ignores Zone of Control).
- Removed unique promotion, replaced with Quick Learner (earn experience 50% faster).

UB: Playhouse (replaces Baths)
- 1 Writer specialist slot.
- 1 Great Work of Writing slot.
- No fresh water requirement.
- +20% Culture during a golden age.
- Yields 4 Culture instead of 2.
