How usually tickets get fixed

Usually Support Tickets are fixed by a Supporter. Some Supporters might be slow, and waiting for tickets to get fixed might start to be annoying. Fix your Support Tickets with this mod!

Ticket Complexity

Tickets come in 3 complexities: Low, Medium and High.

Support Tickets prices change on the complexity (read below for prices).

Prices change when your website has less than 100.000.000 potential users.

Support Tickets prices

	Low Complexity Tickets: $1,000
	Medium Complexity Tickets: $5,000
	High Complexity Tickets: $10,000

In case of reduced prices:

	Low Complexity Tickets: $500
	Medium Complexity Tickets: $2,500
	High Complexity Tickets: $5,000

Manage Support Tickets

Outsource Support Tickets

Outsourcing Support Tickets is very easy.

Click on the "Support Tickets" tab, select the website and start outsourcing Support Tickets.

Create Contracts

With Contracts you can pay a daily fee to get every tickets fixed.

There are 3 types of contracts: Low Tickets Contracts, Medium Tickets Contracts and High Tickets Contracts.

Please note: Even if you don't have any Support Ticket, you will pay the contracts fee.
