The following is my report about this mod, and what I believe should change and be fixed.

1 - First and foremost, on the starting screen all of the 5 bookmarks have the same vanilla Crusader Kings 2 portrait. The descriptions of each timeline are OK, however, I believe each one of them should have a picture of the Draenor world or at least of Warcraft in general. Also, none of these bookmarks have a character in the template below with their respective descriptions which I can click and initiate the game. 
I took some pictures so you can see and compare the two Warcraft mods. I hope it helps understanding the issue.

2 - I guess I stated it before, but some portraits, like from the Ogres, need to fixed in order to fit properly on their portrait frames.

3 - It would be interesting to add more orc clans of the main Draenor map, like Bonechewers, Dragonmaw, Whiteclaws, Redwalkers, Bladewind and so on on their respective territories. Gamepedia can help with that and their lore. Also, it would be nice if you add specific colors to some of the orc clans, like red for Warsong, black for Blackrock, normal blue to Frostwolves, light blue to Whiteclaws, navy blue to Shadowmoon and so on.

4 - I don't believe adding a second continent southwestern of the main would help now. You would do better focusing and fixing and fleshing out the issues of the current mod. First things first.

5 - I don't know much about the Draenei and the arakkoa, but I think the orc and ogre clans and tribes need more counties. Each orc nation/clan needs more vassals and more courtisans. Draenor needs to be more populated. Once I tried to choose a wife and had only one option. It's not a good thing if you want to keep your dynasty but can't find a wife or husband.
 Same goes to all other races in Draenor.

6 - 
Do draenei, arakkoa, ogre and orc children have portraits? I didn't see them yet. If they don't, it would be a nice touch to add them.

7 - All the religions of each group and culture need descriptions. Shamanist, Elementalist, Naaruist, Anzuist, Sethekk... All of them.

8 - Ogre, Bloodmane, Saberon and Stormwind cultures don't start with capital letter, but they should. Also, replace Draenic culture with Draenei, belonging to the Draenic cultural group; no need to change the Draenic cultural group name, though.

9 - The music mod works great and fit the setting perfectly, and so its opening. No need to change it.

10 -  About the dynasty names, instead of giving the orcs surnames, just replace their dynasty names with "of Blackrock", "of Shadowmoon", "of Frostwolf" and so on. It will make it easier.

11 - About the Counter-Invasion timeline/bookmark, it doesn't make sense calling them Empire of the Sons of Lothar; just call them Alliance Expedition or Sons of Lothar Expedtion. Also, their culture name should start with a capitalized "Stormwind", and their religion should be Holy Light, not Naaruist.

12 - In the last timeline/bookmark, concerning the Iron Horde formation and its war against both the Alliance and Horde, try renaming Empire of Alliance and Empire of Horde to just to "The Alliance" and just to "The Horde". They aren't empires, just invading forces.

13 - Until now, I noticed that only kingdoms have coats of arms, and not other subdivisions like duchies and counties. Try giving to all duchies and counties coats of arms. The other Warcraft mod, Guardians of Azeroth, is a good example and could help you getting a glimpse.

14 - Finally, their government are Tribal, and not Feudal. All orc and ogre cultures in Draenor should be Tribal, since it's a primitive world. 


P.S: Take your time to make your mod run perfectly fine. No need to hurry. Forming a team of devs with portrait modders would help. If you want, I could help fixing the typos and orthographical erros; just tell me how to do that. 
I also sent some images that can be helpful pointing out the bugs and erros. 
By the way, the mod is great. Just need tweaks and time and it will be awesome.
