A Yoga Master will lead the reform (needs office).\n\nAdded cell grading for Family Cells.\n\nNew quickbuilds:\n- Grade 0 to 10 cells with normal toilets and showers\n- Grade 0 to 10 cells with Turkish Drain and WallSinks (these cells don't require plumbing). NOTE: when using cells without plumbing, set Regime to something else than Shower time, because prisoners will not use these items during Shower time to settle hygiene needs.
